These lace-up Alligator Lace-up Gladiator Sandals by ALAIA are currently the most expensive sandals on eBay. They are listed with a buy it now price of $1995 and they're charging $20 for shipping.
Do you think these gladiator style sandals are worth almost $2k? They are made from alligator skin. They have a full zipper in the back. And apparently some celebrities have worn them. Still, for that much money maybe they could have included the rest of the boot;)
Here's the first post in a feature I'm calling "Ugly Shoe Tuesday". I'm sure I'm just asking for trouble with this since some people will likely have a different opinion but hey, we'll see how it goes :P
The shoes above are Zinc Nini Stacked Heel Pumps and to be honest there are some things I like about them. I like the curve of the stacked heel. I like the overall shape. I even like the fact that they're currently $42.99 at overstock.com while the same shoes are $99.00 at zappos.com.
But here's the thing... I see the peep toe front and the big button on the side and it combines to look like a big dead fish! Ughhh. I can't get past it. When I look at the front of this shoe I keep hearing "Blub - Blub -Blub" in my head! I hated fish head tennis shoes as a kid and I won't wear fish head pumps either.

They have a beautiful balance of black and silver for a classy elegant look. The strap over the toes is black while the straps on the sides are embellished with Swarovski crystals. The heels are 3" and they have an adjustable heel strap as well.
This is a very cheap price for such a classy designer shoe.
